Julia von der Osten has been practicing as a lawyer since 2011, admitted to the bars in Germany, Luxemburg and Liechtenstein. She specialises in advising on capital markets/financial markets, corporate and commercial law as well as the areas of blockchain, fintech and financial innovations.

Most recently, Julia von der Osten advised and represented the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Principality of Liechtenstein for many years, e.g. at the Financial Innovation Standing Committee (FISC) of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and supported market participants in the development and implementation of their individual projects. She was also a division representative in the interdisciplinary practical special department “Regulatory Laboratory/Financial Innovation” (FinLab) of the FMA.
